master category list in Outlook 2016?

Hello, just installed office 2016 after using the 2000 version for many years and finding it difficult to use. I imported my contact list from 2000 with those categories and would like to know how to open the Master Category List so I can add those old ones to it. Anyone know how to find the master category list in 2016?

At the bottom of the Categorize button on the ribbon, click the down arrow to open up the menu. The next to the bottom item is All Categories. Select that from which you can add, delete or rename categories.

Thanks GM... that works fine. In my old Outlook I could see the Mater Category List which was nice.... did that go away in 2016 Outlook?
