How to insert a maillist in my address book

I would like to know how to insert in my adress book an outlook adress list that has been sent to me in an email as an attached element.

What format is the maillist file? You need to import the addresses into your Outlook contacts, for the information to appear in your address book. The address book is merely a view into Outlook contacts.
