![]() Whenever I'm in a browser and click to email a link to someone, Outlook 2010 opens a window to send a new email, like it should. The link is in the body area of the email (where you type your actual email message) also like it should be. But when start typing my email message, and hit the enter key to start a new line, the cursor jumps two lines ... as if I'd hit the enter key twice instead of the just once that I did. I have to do a Ctrl-A to select the entire document, click, Format Text > Paragraph > "Show the Paragraph Dialog Box" > Indents and Spacing to find that the "Spacing" setting is set to "Auto" for both the "Before" and "After" settings: Outlook 2010 Spacing-Auto.PNG I click to change the "Before" and "After" settings to "0 pt": Outlook 2010 Spacing-0 pt.PNG and the double line spacing reverts to single. But ... this is such a hassle! How can I set the default to be "0 pt" for the "Spacing" setting whenever I email a link from my browser? BTW this happens no matter what browser I'm using: Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer. Thanks! |
