Can't find how to assign categories to email in outlook 2016

I just installed MSO365 2016. In outlook I cannot find colored categories to assign to an email. Can anyone help. Thanks, Bino

Thanks Kevin, I don't have the option on the home ribbon and when I go into customize ribbons under tags the categorize is grayed out. Is there some where to make it active?

I cannot help you there, but a quick google, its for 2013. It might be of some help!
