Prevent Outlook 2016 from Send/Receive Email when opening Outlook

Can someone tell me how to prevent outlook 2016 from Sending & Receiving email when open the program. I have already gone to Options>Advanced>Send & Receive and UNCHECKED "Send Immediately When Connected" but it still sends and receives all email.
