Public folders calendars disappearing from 'Other Calendars'

Exchange 2010, Outlook 2010.

I have a number of users on various public folder calendars where the calendars are in favourites but disappear on launching Outlook, I have tried running outlook.exe /resetnavpane but this doesn't solve the issue.
