![]() Thanks for your input. You are so far the only person to have replied, so presumably this is not exactly a common problem. After reading your post, we have deleted a recent account added to Outlook ... and so far it has not made any difference. However, we still have to reboot the PC, and I will of course let you know if that makes any difference. Barry |
