Rule to categorise by sender

Hi,

I need some help with rules in Outlook 2010.

We receive multiple emails from clients and we want to be able to categorise them automatically so it shows a client has sent in multiple emails.

Currently we have to do this manually. I have looked at the rules in Outlook but can't find any that will categorise emails when a client sends multiple emails in from the same email address.

Is it possible?
