Once again Microsoft missed the point ! In earlier versions up to 2010, it was easy to import data into Outlook. They had a perfect wizard to do the job. Now (and God only knows why but I'm not sure He does
) you have to use .CSV files to import data. And when I say Csv I mean it. If like most European users, your Windows uses a semi-column ';' to separate data, it won't work. You must first change Windows settings in Regional settings and use the comma ',' to enable Outlook correct import. Then and only then will it work properly. Why did Microsoft forsake that wizard ? |
