I'm glad your issue is now resolved. Out of interest, were these missing emails subject to a rule within Outlook which moved them from the inbox to another sub-folder? Or were you moving emails manually in Outlook then the changes were not syncing to the server?

If you're happy with the situation then no need to answer my questions, I'm just curious.
