Outlook 2013 Auto Forward / Auto Redirect emails not working

I have copied the exact subject line to test. It works when I set the rule to move the email to another folder, just not anything to do with forwarding

It seems you refer to another situation (moving email to folder, and not forwarding it).

Do you mean that your issue (forwarding under conditions) is solved ?
