Hi Jazz,
Obviously you know how to reach the rules screen. I would recommend using "with specific words in the sender's address" for this specific job. After you've made that selection don't forget to click the underlined text at the bottom of the screen to select which specific words you would like the rule to look out for, and which folder you would like it to go to. In the case of your example, the specific word to look out for would be abccompany.com and the folder would be ABCCompany. The folder would obviously have to be created prior to the rule's creation. |
