Hi,
For the past week now, I have been unable to access Hotmail/Outlook. It appears it works outside of home on my phone, however home on my pc, phone or iPad, it does not work and all I get is "This page can not be displayed". Trouble Shooting can not find the problem. I have cleaned my cache, tried different browsers.. nothing. As it does not work under the home modem, not only does it seem very odd, but can't see it being a hacking related issue either. I have absolute no idea who to contact and hoping someone will have an idea on what the problem is. |

Have you tried adding the domain to your trusted sites list in whichever browser you're using? I highly doubt this is the issue as you state you've tried in several browsers, but it's worth a try. Beyond that, do you use anti virus software? Have you tried temporarily disabling it then trying again?
This is a weird issue so I'm just guessing, let me know if you have any success or not. |

Issue now solved. Took me two times to re-install the antivirus software for it to work again. Thanks
