Hi,

For the past week now, I have been unable to access Hotmail/Outlook. It appears it works outside of home on my phone, however home on my pc, phone or iPad, it does not work and all I get is "This page can not be displayed".

Trouble Shooting can not find the problem. I have cleaned my cache, tried different browsers.. nothing.

As it does not work under the home modem, not only does it seem very odd, but can't see it being a hacking related issue either.

I have absolute no idea who to contact and hoping someone will have an idea on what the problem is.

Have you tried adding the domain to your trusted sites list in whichever browser you're using? I highly doubt this is the issue as you state you've tried in several browsers, but it's worth a try. Beyond that, do you use anti virus software? Have you tried temporarily disabling it then trying again?

This is a weird issue so I'm just guessing, let me know if you have any success or not.

Issue now solved. Took me two times to re-install the antivirus software for it to work again. Thanks
