Hi Walter,
Oh yes, this is possible, as I use Outlook 2013 I had to consult another article, but once again it has fairly simple instructions on how to achieve this, under number 1 in the following link. http://www.techrepublic.com/blog/10-...-way-you-want/ Let me know if you have any problems.
