Then I would advise checking out the following article regarding editing the registry key. It's a fairly simple process and as long as you are very careful you shouldn't have any problems. Make a backup of your registry or create a system restore point to ensure you will cause no damage.

Please do read the note right at the bottom of the page in the link, as it explain that if your Outlook profile is named "Outlook" which is the default option, then you can download the registry key fix directly from the article, meaning you will not have to make ANY changes to the registry yourself.
