IMP.POST format for contacts

I am using MS OFFICE 2013 and can not figure out why Outlook is doing what it is doing. when I select either contacts or email contacts from the folder panel screen it displays FROM SUBJECT RECEIVED SIZE heading. When I check properties it indicates it is a IMP.POST folder. I have tried to change it to contact but it will not allow it. When I import the
csv file from Excel to contacts from PEOPLE it has the correct format IMP.CONTACTS. The contacts or email contacts format remains IMP.POST. I would think it should be the IMP.CONTACT....Right?
