finding contacts quickly
In Outlook whenI am seeking a contact if I click on the alphabetic letter on the right side of the screen I then see contacts starting with that letter. A few are missing, the same few each time. If I then type the name I am seeking in the search box the contact will appear? Thank you for your help.
