hello, I have Microsoft office 2011 on a mac up to date with the latest osx. I work with photography using Photoshop. in this past week I have created some jpeg's which I shared via outlook. The recepient has been unable to open the files. I tried it myself by mailing them to myself and I have been unable to open them or download them in either my ipad or iphone. Any clues as to why this may happen? If I send them thru the my browser using gmail. they do open.

Any clues as to why this may happen? this is something new.
