When Outlook 2007 is open and on the screen, I cannot get any other program to show on the screen, whether not yet opened or open and on the task bar, unless I first minimize Outlook. I don't have to close it; I just have to take it off the screen. If, for example, with Outlook open and on the screen, I open MS Word, it shows up in the task bar but won't appear on the screen. When I minimize Outlook, Word is on the screen.
