Default How to transfer contacts and email data to a new pc

Hi everybody I would like to ask you a few questions. I am trying to fix a friend's pc who uses Outlook 2007.

He wants his email data and contact list to be moved from his old pc (windows xp 32 bit) to his new (windows 7 64 bit). Both pc's have office 2007 installed. I was able to move all the emails but I cant move the contacts. Any ideas to solve this problem??

Contacts can be saved in the Outlook PST file and/or in the Windows Address Book.
In first case you just need to copy the PST file to the new computer and open it in Outlook. If it is opened as second PST file, you have also to enable the contacts of this second PST.
In second case you may find the WAB file containing the address book and copy it to the new computer, then connect it to the Windows Address Book.
