I'm running Outlook 2007 under Win 7. I just ran across this article that I printed on 10/15/14. I have resolved this annoying problem in the past but I don't remember if I used this technique or not. In any event, it sounds as though the writer knows what he's talking about, and I intend to try it on 4/12/15. Take a look, and if you try it, please let us know how it turns out for you.
