Hi,
I have an outlook rule that checks incoming email for a predefined subject and then based on some parameters it forwards the rule to a certain group of people. Now the same rule is on outlook of every team member of mine. Over the weekend, everyone had their PC restarted and when they started the outlook, all mails came in and the rule ran and sent multiple alerts to the certain group of people. Is there a way that the outlook rule runs only on the mails received after the outlook is running and doesn't run on historical mails 2-3 days or more. Thanks for your help in advance. Thanks Ketan |
