**Problem Resolved:

I noticed that I'd been inconcsistent in the entering of Contact names. In most cases I would click open the Name field and specifically enter the entire name in the 'First' name field. However, in a minority of instances, I would enter the name and allow Outlook to parse the result--which of course was a mistake given my 'normal' way of entering.

This hadn't been a problem when syncing my Contacts to the phone using iTunes. However, when I turned that sync off and started using Kerio Connector 'over the air' sync, Kerio didn't like what I was doing in the slightest. I fixed all the problematic Contacts resulting in matching Contacts between the iPhone, Kerio website and Outlook.
