Default

Create a desktop shortcut pointing to Outlook with a switch to open the calendar e.g. for Outlook 2010

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14\OUTLOOK.EXE" /select outlook:calendar

The path will be depend on Outlook version and operating system.
