Hi I am using Outlook 2010 to store my contacts and I am trying to print envelopes via word with the single envelope merge.
I can select the contact I need but when I review the address it is in the US format not Uk IE the post code is the last item in the address for the uk but outlook places it on the same line as the city Can I stop this please I can get word to print the correct way from a excel contacts file but not from a outlook address book I need the printed envelope to look like below Name Address City County Post Code But outlook insists on the following Name Address City, Post Code County My regional settings on the computer are UK and the setting for location is Uk Help please Last edited by sam2149; 02-15-2015 at 04:15 AM. |
