{<PR_GIVEN_NAME> <PR_SURNAME> }{<PR_COMPANY_NAME> }{<PR_POSTAL_ADDRESS>} should work if your regional settings are for UK English The first of my sugegsted links will work if you have Outlook, as appears to be the case and is fully configurable.

I have had a look at your example in the ling but I am afraid that Macro's and VBA is well above what I can master I just thought that there would be a setting in outlook 2010 or word to format the single address to one that suited me One again thanks for talking the time and trouble to help |
