Ok, quick update. I found that if I create a folder, let's call it Buyer Template, with the tasks that I do on every property, I can copy the folder, rename it and I'll have those same tasks in the newly renamed folder.

So the updated problem is, Is there a way to hide the tasks I created Buyer Template Folder from showing on the To-Do List section? Since it's merely a template folder, I'd like to hide those tasks from showing on my main list.
