On about every 3rd or 4th time that Outlook is getting email, it locks without an error message. The indicator is that it is downloading message 22 of 22 or 16 of 16 but nothing progresses. When I close it, there remains a gray icon in the systray indicating it did not close. I do a control-alt-delete then close Outlook Now it loads, sends, and receives fine until the next time.



Any suggestions?
