Automatically add firm name to visible contactname

Hello,

i've connected my excange account with my smartphone. So all of my outlook contacts are visible on my smartphone.

But now was i wondering if it's possible to automatically add the firm name of that contact to the name that is listed in my phone? eg Bill Gates (Microsoft). I could do this manually for each and individual contact but this seems not the right way...

what can i do?
