Arrow Outlook Exchange Credential Problem

I have some mail accounts with exchange connection, the first time that I open outlook I wrote my credentials and checked remember it, in some PCs my credentials don`t save with enterprise persistence and if i close outlook when I reopen it, I have to write my credentials again.

I have already done:

-Uncheckalways prompt from credentials.

-Delete credentials and create it manually with enterprise persistence (Outlook doesn´t recognize it, outlook create new ones).

-Delete the folder C:\\User\myuser\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Protect\ S-....

-Import rigth credentials from other PC (Outlook doesn´t recognize it, outlook create new ones).

Somebody know how i can fix it?
