Hi,
I need to add a custom inbox field that calculates the number of working days since the email was received. I've used.. int(now()-[Received]) This just calculates calendar days. Can it be changed to calculate working day, without needing the developer options. Thanks for you help. |

Try NETWORKDAYS(int(now()-[Received]))

NETWORKDAYS isn't a command in the list you can use in Outlook.
It's strange that businesses use Outlook, but Outlook can't tell you by default how many working days since received! It didn't work,but thanks. |
