I had to create an account just to say that we are experiencing problems with attachments also. Mac OS X 10.9 or 10.10, tried Outlook 2011 and Outlook for Mac (new O365 version release 3 weeks ago).

Problem is that the attachments are working fine when logged in to iCloud or when using Mac Mail. I will try the .icloud.com solution and refer back.

Spent countless hours with Microsoft technical support but no luck in resolving this issue as yet. :/
