We've just installed Lync, and I'm writing the documentation. I'm stuck on Conversation History. I know how to access Lync messages stored in Outlook by linking to them from Lync, but can't tell if you can access Lync messages from Outlook without going through Lync first.
There is supposed to be a Conversation History folder in Outlook, which is what I imagine I'm looking for. Microsoft online help refers to this folder, but doesn't show you where it is. Is this a Lync-driven folder I have to be in Lync to see? Or can I access it from standalone Outlook? If so, where and how? Thanks |

Never mind - I found it. It displays between Deleted Items and Junk Emails below the Inbox.
