Good day. I have several hundred contacts setup in Outlook 2010. Over the years, the "File As" for the name and the "Display As" for the e-mail address have been save under variuos formats. Some are Smith, John, or John Smith for the name and Smith, John(smithj@someplace.com) or John Smith(smithj@someplace.com).
I would like to change them all to one standard or consistant format, firstname lastname, without having to edit each one individually. Does anyone know if this can be done and if so how? Thanks much. |
