We have a requirements for a mailbox to be set up for Tenders but legally the emails should not be available to the users who can access the mailbox until a certain time and date.



The question is, can we give users access to a mailbox when its created, but only let the emails to be available to view after a certain date/time for those users. Probably not but just a query
