how do you move msoffice outlook 2007 contacts and notes from a pc to a laptop
I have a pc running vista and have ms office outlook 2007 on it. How do i recreate notes and contacts files on my windows 7 laptop which also has ms office outlook 2007 Last edited by barrierislandfun; 09-14-2014 at 05:42 AM.

You can copy the Personal Folders file from your desktop computer onto your laptop and use that on your laptop which will give you a copy of your Inbox, Sent Items, Notes, Contacts, Calendar etc.
Check out this article on how to locate, copy and point outlook to a new PST file. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/291636 Let me know if you have any trouble.
