Default Can't attach to emails while using google browser

Since the other day have not been able to attach anything to my outlook emails when i am using google chrome. The attachement box won't even open. I uninstalled and reinstalled google, but it did not work. It works in other browsers.

You are talking about Outlook (part of Microsoft Office) and not Outlook.exe the web based mail service? I can't see why the browser should affect the former.

it is Outlook Web app. None of the attach or insert buttons/ boxes open when I use outlook while on google.

This forum is for Outlook which is part of Office. Your issue seems to be related to Google Chrome. I recommend that you investigate Google Chrome forums.
