I have a laptop and a workstation. They are both from Dell, bought at the same time, and have more or less the same software installed. Both are running Windows XP Pro and Office 2007.

On the workstation, every time I shut down the OS, I get 2-3 messages telling me that Outlook did not respond to the shutdown request and asking if I want to force them off. This started about about 12-18 months ago. at that time, I would get just one such message. About 6 months ago, I started getting two of them, one after the other. Now I am getting three of them.



On the laptop, this never happens.

Is there anything I can do to diagnose this problem and, more importantly, fix it?
