Sorry this doesn't fix it Ive been told to do POP not IMAP so what are the outgoing POP settings?
Ive also asked other questions within this thread that haven't been answered. Really not techy at all so you'll have to do a step by step sorry

No doesn't work. However you do say 993 for IMAP at the end but its POP not IMAP is this the error do you think?
