I am running Win 8.1 and Office 365. All the settings that I can see seem correct. The Windows Indexer does include Outlook. And I double checked the file types which are to be indexed which includes .pst and .ost. And the file tree in the Outlook listing does include a checked box in the Outlook location under users>me>app data>local>microsoft>outlook. I know the current outlook .ost file is there. All the boxes in that tree show as checked. I should add that a search within Outlook of course does show emails.



So why are emails and other outlook items not showing up with Windows desktop search????
