Stuck in cycle of name/password dialogue box

I have been using this mail acct for a few years w/o a problem until 2 weeks ago.

When I go to c drive I do not see a folder called Users. I did a search but didn't turn anything up.

So shall i call my ISP again and reset password?

Sorry. I got you confused with someone else, you are running XP correct? You might need to make sure you have hidden files showing.

Right Click Start.
Select Explore
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab.
Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck the Hide extensions for known file types option.
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.

Click Apply.
Click OK.

and then browse to c:\documents and settings\Deborah\appdata\roaming\microsoft\protect

Called the ISP. Seems I have two accounts set up and it was trying to retrieve mail from both. So thanks for the help. Now resolved.
