I've cold and warm booted the machine. I've run Office diagnostics (clear). I've loaded Outlook in safe mode. The program is still extremely slow as of this a.m.
The only 2 new things I did this a.m. are run Malwarebytes and quarantine several low threat tracking things and install a Norton 360 patch. It's hard to beleive that either of the preceding has any relationship since no other applications are exhibiting this behavior. Any ideas on how to further track down the Outlook problem? Mark [edit] So all my Outlook problem apparently required was for me to leave the house, come back at the end of the day and load the program. Zero speed problem now ;-)?
