Hi there - I am new here and I have looked to make sure this hasn't already been covered, so fingers crossed I'm not treading old ground! My problem as follows:
I am using Outlook 2013. I can send and receive emails no problem, but no one is receiving my emails. They go into my sent folder and I don't receive any error messages. I cannot even receive the emails I send to myself as tests. They send fine, they just never come through. I am using talktalk.net but they say it's a problem with outlook, because if I go to my talktalk web mail and send a message via that, it arrives. However, I also have another profile within outlook that routes through Gmail. When I use that one (in outlook) the message gets received. I have no idea what to do but am in a situation where I cannot email anyone because I know the message won't get there. Any ideas at all? I am fairly technically illiterate so any basic level help would be greatly appreciated. |

I too am having the same problem except it is only certain e-mail addresses. I am also with talktalk and if I use their web based e-mail there is no problem. It is only when I use outlook that certain e-mails are not received.
Like above it is recorded in the sent folder and no error meassages but the recipient does not get them. It was only blueyonder that there was a problem with but now in the last 2 weeks there are more. Can somebody please find a solution to this as using outlook is becoming useless !! |

It's not just outlook , it happens on my Kindle too.

Hi,
That definitely sounds like an issue with talktalk.net. I would take the evidence of the other profiles working and ask them to comment on that. If they don't resolve your issue, switch providers. |
