![]() Hi there - I am new here and I have looked to make sure this hasn't already been covered, so fingers crossed I'm not treading old ground! My problem as follows: I am using Outlook 2013. I can send and receive emails no problem, but no one is receiving my emails. They go into my sent folder and I don't receive any error messages. I cannot even receive the emails I send to myself as tests. They send fine, they just never come through. I am using talktalk.net but they say it's a problem with outlook, because if I go to my talktalk web mail and send a message via that, it arrives. However, I also have another profile within outlook that routes through Gmail. When I use that one (in outlook) the message gets received. I have no idea what to do but am in a situation where I cannot email anyone because I know the message won't get there. Any ideas at all? I am fairly technically illiterate so any basic level help would be greatly appreciated. |
