Recurring meeting on the 10th weekday of every month

Is this at all possible? The default recurrence options limit you to selecting the 1st-5th weekday. I need to set up 2 monthly recurring meetings with attendees on the 10th and 15th business day of the month.

I found a 3rd party app (WS Repeat Appointment II) but it doesn't work on 64bit windows/outlook.

Is there any way to do this?
