Red face Is this forum worthwhile or a wasted effort

I see posts here and some that are never replied to. Is there another forum where I can get some help?

I titled my first post "Transfer of email from Windows Live" and had 39 views but no replies. I was just curious is this was a place to post.
As I said in my earlier post I am hoping for some feedback or comments. I currently have Office Home and Student 2010. I use Windows 7.
I am currently using Windows Live for my emails but not happy with it.
Before I transfer my emails to Office Outlook I would like to know how long in terms of years of Microsoft "support" there is left for this version.
And if I don't like it can I change it from Outlook to another email program?
I thank you in advance for any replies.

Perhaps instead of asking people to go and find the information for you, you should spend a few seconds looking on the Microsoft website for the life cycle of the various products:

I can tell from your reply that either English is most likely not your first language or your communication skills are lacking somewhat.
I suggest you be careful about what you say. Your tone isn't likely to endear yourself to anyone and is more likely to result in your future posts being ignored.

Hi Clark
Thank you for the reply. I can tell from your reply that either English is most likely not your first language or your communication skills are lacking somewhat.
I asked an Outlook question in the Microsoft Office Outlook forum. Is there is a better place to post?
