I have a problem:

I have 7 users using the same exchange account. Lately they are experiencing issues with slow account so they can't work normally. Does anyone have a clue what a problem may be?
I was thinking that they are using so much bandwidth that Microsoft exchange account does not allow it?
Maybe Exchange account realizes that too many people are using the same account at the same time and slows the bandwidth for this account?
How much bandwidth does an exchange account have delegated?
Account is not that big for an exchange -> it is 40GB and they are using cache mode.
