Sync Outlook 2010 with Android apps

I have a Samsung smart phone with Android Gingerbread. It has apps for Email, Contacts, and Calendar. I have a Windows 8.1 desktop PC with Microsoft Outlook 2010. I'd like to have two-way sync between the Android apps and Outlook. Can that be done? If so, how?
