I work for a freight company. Currently our customers have to phone in daily with their shipping order. With information like pickup address, weight destination, etc.
Is it feizable to build a form in Outlook that they could email to me their shipping instructions as needed for me to print out and process? In stead of handling 50 phone calls at once? |
